X1 Box Recording light

My red recording light on X1 box stays on after recording is finished. Can not get it to turn off.

did you press Xfinity button > saved > recordings and see if there are any current recordings 'in progress'?

Nothing is recording I checked.  The only way to get it to turn off is to restart X1.  Then once it starts next recording the light will once again stay on.  Light use to disappear when I deleted recording.

Hi, it appears that your home X1 equipment is seeing another neighbor's x1 equipment too. I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread or via Private Message from a Comcast Official Employee.

Hi henry5117, I can check your DVR in our back end system to ensure your equipment is only recording what you have it set to record. Can you please send me a private message with your full address, account number, and the name on the account by clicking my name (ComcastAmir) and then clicking "private message me"?

I have sent all the information that COMCASTAmir requested.  Still waiting for help.
