No, my question was not answered well. The television Weather Scan & Weather Channel feed is correct. However, the stream feed from ComCast on any other device like desk top, lap top or I pad only shows Pittsburgh weather. There should be a way to change the streamed feed to match the television feed.

i will definitely be checking on FIOS to see if i can get weatherscan there. Having a real time radar image of my local area was one fo the FEW reasons i kept paying exorbitant fees to xfinity! Now that it is gone....why keep paying?
