I've had this issue for weeks now! I've called, chatted and they've issued a ticket. Nothing is being done. It happens every time on Showtime and Starz not HBO. I read they need to refresh my entitlements? Please help I don't have time to sit on the phone for hours!!! I've already spent 1 1/2 hours on this.
