Voice control remote

My remote won’t work, but I’m pretty sure I don’t want factory reset. Where can I access a code to fix this?

Remote won’t work

Help! How do I get a code to reprogram my XR11 remote. The voice command and no features work.

would you look on the remote and reply with the model number? should be XR11 or XR15 ofr x1 equipment. what button is not working? did you check/change the batteries?

OK, I found your other post. before making/testing a change would you reboot your X1 set top box (unplug for 30 seconds). did that fix the problem?

If a box reset doesn’t do it, Press and hold setup, LED goes from red to green, and press 987 to clear previous pairing. Then press and hold setup and enter the 3 digit code
