Video access issue::5062

I am unable to play any program on my comcast ipad app. It starts to load and this message comes up. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times now. A live cht with comcast support was useless. Any help here?

You are not alone.  I am having the same problem which started yesterday. I reported this to Comcast but the problem continues.  Very unhappy.
