Unable to access VOD for two days. Error message suggests to try again in a few minutes. Several calls to cutomers service were disconnected each time. The on line help site was useless.
Same here. Super annoyed. Did manage to speak to a tech but he was no help (only suggested that I should power cycle box, which I'd already done) and he said "someone will call you back within a week to set up an appt to talk to you about what to try next." What? I have to wait a week? We pay too much for this.
