VOD not working with new TIVO BOLT

I was just now able to activate the cable card online to gain access to all of our channels including all of our premium channels. (A visit from a tech and two hours on the phone with both TIVO and COMCAST did not help. Neither was able to activate the encrypted channels. I did it myself by entering the info into the xfinity online tool.) However, our Xfinity/Comcast On Demand services still don’t work. How can I activate that service? It worked in the previous TIVO box using the exact same cable card.
