did you already try a power un-plug the set top box (not the TV) for 30 seconds or so and then plugging back in?

Updating

My tv says "we're still updating your account. You've caught us in the middle of updating your account subscription. You should see changes to your lineup shortly." It's been like this for over a half hour, is this normal?
