addiing... do you have an amp? is th eLED power lamp lighted on the amp? someone may have unplugged the power 'brick' in the living area that uses coax to send the power to the amp.

The error means that you don't have a usable live cable signal. Is this a new install?

I’ve plugged everything in correctly but it tells me “Something’s not right “. Have rechecked everything several times. Still not working
