I having problems unpausing device says that the device are moved to cloud how I can unpause
Can you describe in more detail what you mean by "unpause" a device? And where are you seeing a message mentioning something being moved to the cloud?
I’m having the same problem. I had blocked a computer on the admin website (http://10.0.0.1/managed_devices.php) but now that this functionality has been moved to the web (https://internet.xfinity.com/devices) I can’t unblock that device. I have already rebooted the device and I restarted the gateway.
