I'm unable to see local channels live on the Xfinity Stream web site (https://tv.xfinity.com/listings) or Stream TV iOS App -- the listing only shows HBO and Music Choice channels (and stuff like C-SPAN, QVC/HSN), it's missing all local channels ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, etc.
Also seeing the same thing on the channel lineup page, https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/ -- only HBO, MC.. no local.
Tried using chat support on April 27, they did a "UDB refresh" but it didn't help. They escalated to advanced repair -- I missed their call on 4/28 (they left VM) and I called back on 4/29.. They indicated there is an outage and closed the case. However, the previous support chat, and voice mail never mentioned an outage. The "My Account" page didn't mention an outage until yesterday (4/29).. and I noticed the problem days before then (4/25)
