I just logged onto my Xfinity account and tried to watch Modern Family, Law and Order:SVU, and CSI from last night, and got the message all of the videos were no longer available.
I am confused as to why this is because they are showing up on the main page as being available to watch.
Solved! Go to Solution.
When I click on the links that you provided, I am taken to a screen that states that the videos are no longer available.
Sorry about that.
We will further look into it. I will update this thread when I learn more.
I am also going to remove my last post to avoid any confusion.
I am experiencing the same problem with American Horror Story season 3 - it says that it is no longer available, but it states on the previous page that it is available to watch online.
Is the problem because it is a new show?
I can't find any place that states how long the show will air online, but since it only aired last week - I assume it is still available.
(PS i have a mac book pro - might this be the issue? )
Solution? What solution?
This is happening on lots of shows, randomly, for no apparent reason. I'll be watching a season of some show and find that all 12 episodes are available, except episode 8. No explanation. No logic. Obviously a screw up. But it keeps happening.
For example, I've been watching Boardwalk Empire. Season 2 ep 11 is "no longer available." Season 3 ep 09 is "no longer available."
It's the sort of foul-up that makes the service much less appealing.
