Unable to view X1 recording on laptop.

Suddenly unable to watch recording on my laptop, I cycle through the menu to the play screen but after selecting play the three dots just keep cycling and the recording doesn't load ? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried Firefox, Chrome, IE ?

Thanks Rustyben, I tried it with Edge and it worked fine. Don't know why I didn't try that LOL, I have all of the browsers available. I've been using Chrome for Xfinity for so long, I just couldn't figure why it suddenly stopped working....thanks again.
