I have been unable to schedule recordings using the iOS TV Remote App for about two weeks. When I try to schedule a recording for a show I get a pop up that says Request Error An unknown error has occurred during this request. This occurs when using the app on both an iPhone and iPad. All the other features of the app such as Watch on TV and DVR manager works fine though so the app is connecting to the X1 box. Scheduling a recording using a web browser and Android app works fine as well it's just the iOS app that gives me errors.
Me also. I get an error that says it was unable to schedule recording. It is also the same for my comuter. I can watch live and on demand but no recordings.
