Two tv s

After you guys came out the other day saying my internet isn’t working(even though it was) my two TVs upstairs are not working. This is so inconvenient

Are they connected to X1 set-top-boxes?

Re: Two tv s

Hi @Domv33. We apologize for the inconvenience. I can help with reviewing the work order from the recent technician visit for changes that were made. I can also schedule a new technician visit if needed, to get your TV service working again. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
