Tv go app locking channels I am subscribed to

Just got my new iPad mini. After downloading the TV Go app, it shows the digital preferred channels as locked when I am subscribed to them and can watch them on my TV. any solutions.

Yeah, I got itto work by calling tech support and having a signal sent. Thanks alot

Same thing is happening to me.  I'm signed into my account on my laptop & all the channels I'm subscribed to & can watch on my home TV are locked on my laptop.  I was able to watch them all yesterday afternoon but last night they all showed locked.  Any suggestions would be great.

This has been happening to me 2 days now called Comcast still issues on tnt and usa

Same for me on the firestick and mobile app, although some firestick apps work fine. Someone said they had a signal sent. Do I have to be home for that.

This same exact issue has been happening to me for 4 days now. I've called customer service 3 times at a hour each time and they still can't get it fixed for me! Hellllllp!

Comcastchad. . .can you "send a signal" to mine and refresh it? I'd really like to get mine working also.

  A signal has been sent, but this issues appears to impacting other issues anad is not isolated to you.  I dont know if a refresh will resolve your issue.

I'm having the same problem, but only on Showtime channel. Can a signal be sent? My laptop and iPhone are ok

I am having a similar issue. I used tv to go for months without problem but moved last week and suddenly all my channels are locked. I called support & they did something and it was fixed for 2 days now everything is locked again. When I called back they said to try reinstalling the app. I did that and still everything is locked. Very frustrated and angry at this point!

You will need to call back into Comcast.  Ask them to take a look at your subscription levels and Rate Codes.  Something isn't entered correctly.

I know this thread is old but mines is locked out now, be nice if I could get a signal to fix it!

Your entertainment experience is very important to us. In order to better assist I just need a few more details. What channels are you having the issue with and on what device? For example, your TV box. Also are you receiving any error messages?

im having the same issue..channels are locked since i moved residence. i have tv go installed on my tablet and it has the channels locked

That sounds like an issue with your Comcast account.  Maybe everything hasn't migrated to your new residence.

PAC 12 does not work for me on any platform. I dongt undertand. I ordered the sports package just for pac 12 and it is the one channel locked.

I am also having issues with the TV Go app, where I cannot view any of my subscribed channels live, and many of my shows are locked.  If someone could "send a signal" or help me fix this another way, I would greatly appreciate it.

This has happened on my iPad as well. I can view discovery on my tv but not on my TV Go app on the iPad, it pops up with an error message that says "Subscription Required -- 12013". Any help?

The XFINITY TV Go app is no longer supported. Please switch to the XFINITY TV app which is available for iOS, Android and many Kindle devices.
