I am having the exact same issue. Talked to chat support, they said the sent the signals through but that didn't work either so have to send to a specialist. Supposed to get a call back in 48-72 hours. That is not the kind of turnaround I expect of a company about to spend $65BILLION to acquire FOX. Come on Comcast.
Netflix can be reset.
Do a Netlix system refresh with the A button. Press the A button on your remote control, scroll to the right and select Reset Netflix. All set. You can open Netflix onX1 by selecting Restart Netflix.
