Tv apps not working

My apps on tv won't work. It says I need internet which I have and is working fine on computer.

That would make sense except it's still happening today and I have rebooted the box and powercycled my modem. So why suddenly does my tv not recognize my internet?

I am having the exact same issue.  Talked to chat support, they said the sent the signals through but that didn't work either so have to send to a specialist.  Supposed to get a call back in 48-72 hours.  That is not the kind of turnaround I expect of a company about to spend $65BILLION to acquire FOX.    Come on Comcast.

Well it's nice to know it's not just me. My daughter said there's alot of people on Twitter also talking about the apps not working, so I think it's gonna be a nightmare for comcast. I am gonna wait until Monday maybe before I call again.

Netflix can be reset.

Do a Netlix system refresh with the A button. Press the A button on your remote control, scroll to the right and select Reset Netflix. All set. You can open Netflix onX1 by selecting Restart Netflix.

I was going to try that but when I scroll to the right, there is no restart netflix button. It used to be there but is not showing up now.
