Trying to watch recorded shows on my laptop.

I am trying to watch my recorded shows on my laptop but for the last few weeks, they won't load.  All I get is the network logo and the "Loading Dots" but nothing happens.  When I try to chat with a rep, the chat option doesn't work either.  Very frustrated, as this is a very sports heavy time and I would like to watch something other than football, baseball post season and hockey.  My laptop is the only way to do this.

I'll just repeat what is always recomended: clear browser cache, delete cookies, or try a different browser.
