Troublecode RDK-03005

Woke up this morning to a trouble code. Followed instructions on screen and still not working. All other sets work fine.

I called 1800comcast and selected TV and then asked for an agent.  She resolved my issue.

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
