Travel Channel showing as not authorized on DTA box?

I re-upped with Xfinty yesterday with a new package.  I went from an old plan that had 140 channels and my new plan has 210+  Up until yesterday I was able to watch the Travel Channel on the TV in my bedroom using a HD DTA box.  Since the upgrade it says that the Travel Channel is not authorized Code 580.

In looking at the plans I see the old plan I had is no longer available (140 channels) and that the Starter package is now 125+   The Travel Channel is not included in the Starter package but is included in my new pacakage, the Select 210+   I chatted with a rep last night and he said that the Travel Channel should be availabe to see on the DTA and escalated the case after a refresh did not work.

Ideas?
