TiVo OnDemand stops after a few seconds

I have a TiVo Roamio Plus.  Whenever I try to watch Ondemand content, it starts up, then the picture freezes after a couple sesonds. 

Any ideas?  I saw on some other posts that there might be a coding that needs to be changed on the Comcast side?

Sorry to post on your thread Danimal4326, but I'm also having an issue with the ondemand not working on my Tivo with a cablecard most likely due to a rate code error. Could you please help me out too ComcastPhill? It hasn't worked since I changed packages back in April, and I haven't gotten any replies to my messages here.
