Hello, all of my apps either on the apple TV, the iPad, or the iPhone that require you to log into a provider to proove you have an cable account do not work. I get the same "This network is not included in your current Xfinity subscription"
A few examples would be the watch abc app on the Iphone/iPad and apple tv, as well as FoxSports Go.
Our account is active and valid and this use to work. I tried calling support and they had no clue what to do.
Can anyone form comcast help?
This time I spoke to two comcast support reps and was hung up on by a thrid.
