TV on, X1 on, blank screen

Every time we turn off the tv, then turn it back on, we have to reset the box. We do this by unplugging the power from the box. Then it resets. We should not have to do this EVERY TIME. I have checked all plugs and connections. HELP!!!! it’s frustrating. Thank you in advance.

Sorry but glad to see your post. You're not alone. I've been having this problem daily many times too.
Hope someone can give us answers soon.

I have two DVRs on my account and the one in my bedroom is having the same issue.

It's "Send a Message" to the right of the name.
