TV listings on comcast.net

How come my TV listings screen is blank on comcast.net web site even when I put in my home information?  This started about 2 weeks ago - thanks

Go here: http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings and let me know what you see. (Blank screen, error message, etc.)

 

Also, please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

For the last two days the TV Listing page at http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings  shows:

com.sun.jersey.api.NotFoundException
com.sun.jersey.api.NotFoundException

undefined

 

where the listings should be.

 

Please fix.

This is a known bug that we are working on but we do have a workaround for the meantime:

 

On our TV listings page, click on your zip code on top of the grid and re-enter it. Right next to the zip code, there is a dropdown list of Time Zones. Re-select your timezone from the dropdown menu and then click the "Submit" button.

Your TV listings should now appear.

Funny -- while I was waiting for your answer, I had already done exactly what you suggested, and it worked.

I am having the same problem. On my pc I go to http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings and the listings are all blank. I am signed in and I have been able to see the listings and control the tv from my pc in the past.

I did some experimenting, the problem is present when using IE when using Chrome there is no problem. Unfotunately I am an IE user..... any suggestions?
