When I try to download a video through Xfinity TV Go it says "you can only view 10 videos downloaded to your device at one time. please delete one or more videos to make room for more." I only have 4 videos downloaded to my device and I have gone to the Manage Authorized Devices to make sure that my device is the only one on the account, which it is. Any advice to fixing this would be appreciated.
I have the same problem. Was this ever resolved? I have 5 videos but won't download 6th. Says you can only have 10 and I need to delete to add more. I only have 5

The only way I have found to "reset" the DL limit is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then it works fine for a few weeks - after a few weeks it glitches and tells me I am maxed out when I am not - so I repeat the uninstall and reinstall "flush".
Would be easier if you fixed the app
