TV Control with RGN200N?

I live in a motorola area and have never had an issue with TV control or the remote apps until now.  I recently had to replace one of my set top boxes due to a failure, and got a newer model the Motorola RNG300N.  When I view this online, it tells me that TV Control is not available for this box, then has a link for why.  The link for why tells you nothing other than setting up the remote app.  I viewed the list of non-supported boxes and mine is not on there.  I can remotely schedule recordings via the web, but not via the mobile app.

 

Any ideas?  I belive this box should be supported if the info available is correct.

I just spoke with a rep through the chat service, 3 actually, and now I have a ticket (CR330407384) created to fix it in 3-9 days.  Guess we'll see.

Anyone have this issue?  I'm still having it.
