I've purchased a new Tivo Bolt and have tried multiple times to pair the M-Card. After several phone calls to CSR, I'm still not receiving any channels and I receive a V52 error message...searching for a signal on the channels. I get no video/audio and receive the same V52 error message on all my HD and non-HD channels.
The CSR person(s) say my M-Card is paired and operating normally, but still no channel reception. My RF-OOB status shows 'idle' at all times...is this part of the problem?
