TCM not working properly on Comcast Xfinity

We were hoping to watch some TCM movies on Christmas Eve day and Christmas Day, TCM has worked fine all week, but there is a glitch now, only a TCM logo is listed, no content. 

Other channels and networks seem to be accessible and working fine,  not TCM. 

Looks like this has happened in the past, hope comcast is aware of the problem, how long did it take to fix the last 2 times this happened?  Any info appreciated, thanks!

You say Comcast Xfinity; does that mean you are using the online site rather than an X1 set-top-box?
