I found this issue before.  I am still having the issue where the XFINITY site is telling me "

Syncing in Process

DVR Manager is currently syncing with your DVR."

 

I do not have access to update my DVR from anywhere other than in front of the DVR.  I would like the option to update a recording from a website, or smart phone.  Can someone help me?

The issue is happening again.  I have resubmitted a ticket #cr324460402

I have had this issue for two weeks - ever since first receiving my DVR. The DVR works fine but the online DVR Manager only ever shows the message "Syncing in Process DVR Manager is currently syncing with your DVR" I've made multiple calls for support but gotten no satisfaction.

 

Is there a solution for this problem I'm having?

DVR Manager is now starting to work! I got enough people working on the problem that somebody must have finally "pushed the right button". Thank you whoever you are!
