Suddenly no regular channels, only cable channels

Yesterday, 3/4/2018, in the evening I realized that I couldn't change the channel to any local channel (2, 5, 7, 9, 11).  I rebooted my X1 box, but that didn't help - I get a message that says 'Sorry, we're having a little problem' and then it throws me back to the cable channel it was on.  It looks like it's changing the channel to NBC5, but then it throws the 'Sorry' message up there.  What could be the problem?  It happens on all of our 4 TVs.
