It sound like your Internet broadband service is not fast enough to keep up with the program you are watching. It could be caused by too many users were you are trying to watch programing.
I can confirm this. I have lived in 3 seperate places, all using comcast. Never, ONCE, has the streaming site worked for even a 30 minute episode. The devs dont care and comcast is just happy to take your money. I even filed a complaint, they told me they would call me in 24 hours, and they never called me once. I even refilled a complaint and they still have yet to contact me 5 plus months later. Comcast's Dev team is a joke.
