Is it fixed? Maybe cable out in your area. Did you check that using the XFi app or by logging on your account on Comcast's site?
Otherwise, if it freezes for a long period of time, over 5 minutes first try unplugging the cable box. Then check for an outage.
Around my area we had hellacious storms and wind a day Sunday and most of Monday.
