Hey Badtwothebone. I've just replied to your private message. Please reply once you have a moment so we can get your channels restored.
It turned out the problem was bad cable card. After receiving the new card and redoing all the channel search. All the DRM channels have been removed. Also, the channels that were missing they were able to fix with a signal sent to the card.
