We just received and installed our new HD DVR box today. I logged online to start recording shows through the DVR Manager. When I click to record a show, I get this message:
Your request to record has been sent.
Once we connect to your Living Room DVR, this series will be confirmed in your Series Priority Manager list.
However, when I got back to my DVR Manager, there are no scheduled shows. When I got back to the show I wanted to record, the option to Record the Series is still there, as if it hasn't been set to record. I need to know how to fix this. Thanks!
Is that 24-48 hours for each series you want to record or just 24-48 hours after installation?
24-48 hours after installation.
Have you wanted longer than 48 hours and are still getting an error message? If so, what does the messaging say?
