Same issue-recordings tab not avail on app

just downloaded the xfinity TV app- no "recordings" tab in the "for you" section.

Can you please work your magic for me also?

There is no "magic" anyone can do for you.  You need to call Comcast, speak to BILLING, and ask them to add the "Cloud DVR" rate code to your account.  This will work if you are in a Cloud DVR enabled market, and you have an X1 DVR and internet package.
