Following error when trying to acces the tv.xfinity site to watch shows via my lap top:
The good news? We can take care of it right now. First, you’ll need to sign out of your account. When you sign back in it’ll be fixed. Ready?

How do you do that?
In Windows: click Start > Windows System> Control Panel > Flash Player
On Macintosh: System Preferences (under Other) click Flash Player
Set button - "Allow sites to save info ......."
