clear cookies and cache.  sign out of the app.  restart.  sign in.  If that does not work uninstall the app, restart install it again.

i am having the same issue. Restarted, logged off, uninstalled, and the problem persists. Please fix this problem and your God-awful app. Customers should be refunded for the minutes they cannot access your service. What are we paying for?

Third day now I can't use this app. I first signed out and signed back in and it worked. Went back later and that didn't work. Uninstalled the app then reinstalled and that worked. Now can't view again and have to uninstall again. Not going to do this every time I want to use the app. Comcast needs to fix this and fix it NOW!
