Recently the tech came to my house and supposedly fix the pixelation problem. I just switched my boxes and the problem still remains.

Are you able to check the TV with an antenna?

An antenna isn’t going to tell you anything, you’ll probably need another tech out to take a closer look. Everything that can be checked remotely looks good
