I am having the same problem in New Jersey, had the techs out this past Monday and they rewired the entire house from the pole in.  The tech checked all signal levels which came back great,  Everything seemed fine for a day or so then the pixels resumed.  The tech was sure all would be fine, I still have pixels on network channels as well as Hgtv, A&E, USA, NBCsn,and more so this is without a doubt some type of Comcast trouble somewhere affecting its customers, but its good to know its not just me. Its is completely annoying as heck

After many calls and much trouble shooting with online service techs Xfinity finally took notice of the picture i posted and did something and I can say I haven't had any trouble in the past week.  I am unsure exactly of what the problem was as they have not informed me of what was done on their end.  But so far so good no pixels and i can finally watch my television instead of my laptop or cell phone to veiw a clear picture.  Thank you for your response I do appreciate it.
