I have the same situation. Everything has been fine for 7 months but over the past 30 days the 2nd box which is located upstairs keeps freezing up. It will correct itself after about 30-60 seconds. Resetting everything doesn’t solve the issue. All connections are tight.
Your equipment in real time now, doesn't look online. I think you need a tech out to check on whether it's an inside or outside issue.
