OC Maryland, having extreme pixelization issue. Comes and goes but at times not watchable.
Did you call customer service to see if there is an issue in your area? Sometimes "My Account" (either web or app) will show them.
The freezing has been worse since they replaced everything they could, including box and modem and fixing lines at the street and into the house.. I am trying what one person had said, about shutting off the public WIFI that is a DEFAULT under settings on account security. If that doesn't work, we will try shutting off their WIFI that comes into their modem. Otherwise I am at a loss and we are getting to the point of dumping the whole thing. 200 dollars a month is rediculous for something we have so many problems with lately.
