bbgbp94, thanks for the private message and the message here. I've responded privately with some next steps.
I am having this exact same issue. The tech I'm on hold with right now refuses to escalate the issue, saying we've tried multiple cards, therefore it must be an issue with the brand new HDHomerun Prime box which was able to update its firmware this morning and shows the authentication and OOB Lock as "success". Only the validation is stuck at none.
