Every Sunday at between 4:30pm and 5:00pm my X1 system locks up with an error of RDK-03033.  I have called tech support and all they can do is have me do the unplug the unit thing. . . . . .LAME!

I believe that every Sunday someone at the head end server is doing some kind of weekly maintenance or updating.  Is anyone else having this issue?  It only happens on Sunday afternoon.  It has been going on now for months.  I am getting really sick of the lousy service!
