I'm having a hard time understanding why I'm paying upwards of $230 a month for service that is literally unwatchable?
And before you ask, yes, I have had a tech come to my house. I've also had call-in tech support doing that signal resend thing.
The guy at our house last week changed all the outside stuff. It started doing it again while he was still here. We have THREE tvs, ALL of them are affected ...
We're not talking about a once-in-a-while thing; it happens repeatedly. And, like I said, it's all three tvs.
