Pixelation of MSNBC/channel 661

  1. Channel 661 (MSNBC) is corrupted periodically, apparently dropping parts of its transmission, blanking audio and blotching video. This corruption can last for hours. Why this happens and no one fixes it is troubling. Adjacent channels, 660 and 662, are not corrupted and appear unaffected. This is Live TV, but anything recorded while the corrupted signal is present is recorded with the pixelation.
  2. It's very difficult to watch channel 661 during this signal corruption.

If it continues, have a tech out to troubleshoot that individual channel(it can't be checked remotely). Channels come in on different frequencies and not necessarily in the order they are on the guide.

Boofer, I can help with the pixelation on that channel and send a tech if necessary. Please send me a private message with your full name and phone number so I can check things out on the back end.
