Re: Pixelation in Alabama for over a month

Hello woffoms, pixelation is caused by a poor signal coming from the plant or from some equipment like a splitter within your home. I see that you have more than one cable box, do you have the same issue on all of them? Please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me" and we can get started on resolving this issue.

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread or via Private Message from a Comcast Official Employee.

Pixelation in Alabama for over a month

I am at my wits end with this pixelation issue.  First reported on 11/29, nice tech came out an ran new line to the house after find a frayed line on exposed line from previous pixelation repair last year that was never buried.  This fixed the problem for hours, during a chat an analyst fixed a discrepancy that he saw with signal.  Again fixed problem for a day.  Then another nice tech came out and ran new lines inside the house and removed the applifier, but didn't put in another one.  Again, the fix last a few days.  Now we are experiencing the pixelation again......
