Pixelation Probs

I have had pixelation problems for over a year now. A new X1 box last month, and new coax cable run, and with only 1 splitter (feeding the X1 and modem) , has not helped. I do see the problems in mornings and evenings, but not every day.  Also, when using wifi, I see the degredation of the picture. Streaming works fine and many times is all that works for TV viewing. OnDemand never has any problems.

I reboot the X1 box, and the picture on all channels clears up for a few minutes only.

Can you see if my signal strength is out of nominal range?
