Pixelated and low quality DVR playback

I am a new comcast customer.  It has been a rough road already with multiple delays in even getting service installed.

I now have a comcast DVR.  Unfortunately recorded programs play back with frequent pauses, pixelations, and breaks in the sound.  It is extremely annoying and a deal breaker--I won't put up with this quality of DVR playback and am still in my 30 day trial period.

Any suggetstions as to what I should do?  The DVR playback is awful.

Re: Pixelated and low quality DVR playback

Something is most likely wrong with your DVR. I would take it back and exchange for a different one.
