What happened to the Outside Network on Comcast Xfinity?

This is a complete waste of time.

Come on, Comcast, get it together...what a waste of my time...I received no answer to my question about the Outside Network.  What a surprise, not.

Per your February billing statement it was removed April12/18

FWIW, this is primarily a customer-to-customer forum with Official Comcast employees answering from time to time.  This is not like a chat area where questions are answered within a few minutes of being posted.  While you may be in a hurry to get an answer, bumping of threads is against Forum Guidelines.

If you wanted a faster response time, then use telephone or chat support.
