Orange Keys

Been having a problem for the last three days. I can not access content on premium channels even though I have a subscription to all of them. I have tried clearing my cookies and using a different web browser but I still continue to get the orange keys.

Are the channels working through your TV?

 

Do you/had you have any issues with your billing recently?
